Welcome to WiMedia SaaS (https://saas.wimedia.biz.id). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using WiMedia SaaS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept all terms herein. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@saas.wimedia.biz.id of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Service Use & Restrictions
You agree to use WiMedia SaaS solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: uploading malicious code, violating intellectual property rights, scraping or automating data extraction without consent, and transmitting spam or abusive content.
4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, as selected during sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; service access continues until the end of the current billing period. Automatic renewal applies unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and content provided by WiMedia SaaS are owned by WiMedia or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for internal business purposes only. You retain ownership of your uploaded data, but grant WiMedia a license to process, store, and transmit it solely to deliver the service.
6. Data Privacy & Security
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. WiMedia implements industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
WiMedia SaaS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiMedia disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable subscription period.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days for retrieval, then permanently deleted unless required by law.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be posted at https://saas.wimedia.biz.id/terms-conditions. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant updates will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
